Drool Chicken
You'll be drooling over this delicious chicken!! Which is where the name comes from. You can get it spicy or mild.
1.First we boil the Drool Chicken, making sure not to overdo it.
2.Then it is thoroughly cooled with ice water to tighten?????????? it. This is an important point.
3.The chicken is cut neatly into parts.
4.Take a look at the beautiful meat! It's shiny.
5.Lastly, we put it back into a flavorful broth, to return the flavor to the chicken.
6.When we add our special sweet and savory sauce (mild or spicy), the simple (but so delicious you'll be drooling over it) dish is ready to eat.

The mildly spicy chili sauce is excellent.
